Omelette by my husband

Share

Everyone would someday like to feel like a real chef or creator and not only a reproducer of other people's recipes. Due to the fact that necessity is the mother of invention, most housewives create new versions of classical dishes without even thinking about it. Some time ago my husband came up with his own recipe. From a few simple ingredients he created an omelette, or rather a farl, which you can serve in various different ways: sweet with fruit, honey or maple syrup, or spicy with fried onion and chili pepper or whatever you like.

Ingredients  (basic version):

3 eggs

70g of rolled oats

1 handful of minced nuts (whatever kind you have)

1 tablespoon of bran

oil

Add hot water to the rolled oats and leave the mixture for 10 minutes. Put the eggs into a cup and mix them in. Add the nuts, bran, and rolled oats and mix it in once again. Fry in oil on both sides until the omelette is slightly brown.

Enjoy your meal!
