My proposal today stuns us with its taste and looks beautiful on the plate. It is very easy to prepare, juicy and refreshing – salad with watermelon and feta cheese.

I have already written about the necessity of filling up holidays with interesting things for children to do. We should appreciate the places which entertain and educate us equally. Today's entry is about the Miniature Park of Polish Lighthouses in Niechorze. In 45 minutes you can "visit" the whole Polish coast.

"Tunnel" by Magdalena Parys is a difficult book with a tenebrous story and original narrative style. The subject area of postwar German and the troubles of Berliners before the fall of The Berlin Wall isn't my favorite. Maybe this is the reason why, despite the undeniable value this book has, it won't be on my list of favorite books.

Meatloaf, aka Roman roast, is a less toilsome and healthier version of Salisbury steak. It is baked in the oven without coating and added fat. My children like it very much.

Usually I use French pastry to make "small headsets". This is what my children named palmiery-cookies with white chocolate. Today I would like to share with you a recipe for dumplings from French pastry. I prepare the stuffing for them with buckwheat groats, red pepper, onion and Balkan salty cheese. They taste best with a yoghurt-garlic dip.
