A cake for children

It was meant to be a cake for children. And it was, but only at the beginning. Thanks to the courtesy of a couple of adults, its size diminished significantly. This dessert doesn't need baking, so it is great even when on holiday, when we rarely have access to an oven. I recommend it as an excellent dessert for the whole family. Unless your favourite dessert is herrings ... In this case I don't recommend it because it is quite sweet. You can prepare it in the evening and leave it in the fridge. The next day the cake will be excellent.

You can use puffed wheat with honey or common puffed rice; then the dessert is less sweet.

I found the inspiration for this dessert on www.smaker.pl "Kinder country – a cake without baking".

Ingredients:
200ml of 30% sweet cream
125g of mascarpone cheese
60g of puffed wheat with honey
100g of petit beurre cookies
100g of white chocolate
200g of dark chocolate
100g of cherry jam

Melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie. Leave to cool down. Whisk 100 ml of sweet cream, add the mascarpone cheese and mix it in gently. Add the chocolate and wheat and mix it in. Cover the bottom of a cake tin with the petit beurre cookies. Put the white mass on it. Smooth it and cover with another layer of the cookies. Heat the jam in a pan and blend it. Wait for ti to cool down and cover the cookies with it. Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie. Leave to cool down. Whisk the rest of the sweet cream and mix with the chocolate. Put the dark mass on the top of the dessert. Decorate with the puffed wheat and walnuts. Leave in the fridge for a few hours or even for a whole night.

Enjoy your meal!
