- Mum, I'm bored... - My young lady is mooning about the home. An objective was found in the kitchen and from the boredom a very tasty and colourful cake was made. This was the first cake prepared and baked by my daughter.

Ingredients:

300g of flour

1 teaspoon of baking soda

125g of butter

80g of white sugar

100g of brown sugar

½ teaspoon of vanilla essence

1 egg

125g of dark chocolate

50g of walnuts

50g of colourful chocolate drops (e.g. m&m's)

Heat the oven up to 180 degrees C (without convection). Mix the flour, salt and baking soda in a bowl. Pulp the butter and two kinds of sugar to make a fluffy mass. Add the egg and vanilla essence and mix it in. Chop up the nuts and the chocolate. Add the dry ingredients spoon by spoon and then add the chocolate, nuts and colourful drops. Mix it in well. Cover a 24×28 cm baking sheet with baking paper and put the dough on it. Bake for 18-22 minutes. Cut the cake into 5-7 cm small squares when it has cooled down slightly and leave (if you are able to do so) until it has completely cooled down.

Enjoy your meal!
