A warming spicy beef stew

More and more often we need something to warm us up inside. Now we're in the cold part of the year such dishes are really valuable. They fill and warm us up, especially after weekend walks. Fall and winter are the perfect seasons to spend your free time actively. Unnecessary kilograms like to hide in "strategic" parts of our bodies. First we loosen up our belt and then the only thing left is a tracksuit. So from today (if you don't use this method yet) first go for a walk and then for a delicious warming dinner. Nice and healthy! I recommend it!

Ingredients:
500g of beef meat for stew
1 tablespoon of flour
2 twigs of rosemary
2 twigs of thyme
1 shallot
2 cloves of garlic
1 chili pepper
1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
750ml of beef bouillon
2 tablespoons of oil
4-5 juniper seeds
2-3 allspices
2 bay leaves
2 tablespoons of tomato concentrate
1 tablespoon of honey
1 red pepper
200g of tinned sweetcorn
200g of tinned red beans
50ml of whisky
salt and pepper

Dice the shallot, garlic and chili pepper. Chop the rosemary and thyme. Spice up the beef with salt, pepper, rosemary and thyme and cover with some flour. Fry the shallot, garlic and chili pepper in 1 tablespoon of oil. Remove them from the pan. Heat the rest of the oil in the pan and fry the meat. Remove them from the pan. Pour the whisky into the pan to dissolve whatever is stuck it (don't throw it away!). Add the fried vegetables and meat, bouillon, paprika, bay leaves, allspices and juniper seeds. Boil until the meat is soft (for about 1.5 hours). Slice the red pepper. Add the tomato concentrate and honey and boil for 30 minutes. Add the sweetcorn, red beans and red pepper to the meat and boil for another 5-7 minutes. Serve with buckwheat groats or rice.

Enjoy your meal!
