Chicken in cream sauce

Not so long ago my children didn't eat dishes with sauce. In stew sauce was only acceptable with meat and couldn't touch the kasha, pasta or potatoes. Now the situation has changed and meals with sauce can be mixed with other ingredients. Riding the wave, I prepared today some pieces of chicken in a cream dressing with peas, courgette and, get this: sun-dried tomatoes! I even managed to smuggle that in. I am interested if it is a breakthrough or they just didn't notice. Mrugnięcie

500g of chicken meat
half a courgette
150g of green peas (from the tin or frozen)
2-3 dried tomatoes
2 teaspoons of thyme
1 teaspoon of curry powder
half a teaspoon of sweet paprika
150ml of bouillon
150ml of 30% sweet cream
1 tablespoon of olive oil
salt and pepper

Cube the meat, add the thyme, curry powder, paprika, and salt and pepper. Mix them in. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the meat. Add the bouillon and stew until the meat is soft. Add the peas, diced dried tomatoes and sliced courgette. Boil for 2-3 minutes. Add the sweet cream and boil until the sauce is properly thick. Spice it up with salt and pepper if necessary. Serve with pasta, groats or rice.
