"All our charges are on holiday..." yes, the kids are at sports camp, so parents have some more time. It is time to think about want we want to eat and prepare it just for ourselves. And we don't have to listen to: "Avocado? Do I have to eat it?"

Today we prepared together a delicious holiday snack. Slightly spicy mousse from avocado with sweet and sour salad with tomatoes and mango and salty feta cheese. An explosion of flavours in the mouth. I recommend it not only when on holiday Uśmiech

When I was a child, the most often served dessert or afternoon tea was kissel with thickly grated apples. Back then I didn't like it, but today it came back to me it and I wanted to check if my not liking it was just the result of a childish conceit. It turned out that kissel was perfect and my children said that they don't understand my animosity. Well, maybe my taste changed? I am glad that my children liked apple kissel, because it was an easy and delicious dessert.

Ingredients:
500ml of apple juice
3 teaspoons of potato flour
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
1 big apple
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
fruit for decoration

I feel sorry for parents of fussy eaters. They scheme and smuggle, but the kids still peck at their food and in disgust take pieces of carrot out of their soup. I am a lucky mother. I have wonderful children who basically eat everything. They can find something they like in every restaurant. They eat cartloads of fruit and vegetables, they don't frown at an "abatis" like dill or parsley in their soup, and every kind of salad or multi-coloured leaves disappear from the plate in a flash. Of course like everyone they have their favourite dishes which they can eat all the time: spaghetti, chops, meatballs, pancakes, pizza and sushi. Using my children's constant love of frikadelle, I prepared a fish version of them. To minced salmon meat I added cooked quinoa, hard-boiled egg and a lot of parsley. As a bonus I used hot beetroots, and in a few minutes lunch was a memory. That's what I like best.

Ingredients:
500g of minced salmon meat
50g of quinoa
4 eggs
4-5 tablespoons of chopped parsley
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon of butter
3-4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
salt and pepper
oil for frying

Crumble pie is one of my favourite desserts. I usually make a couple of small dishes because each of us likes to eat this dessert in their own way. I like it hot like lava with cold yoghurt. My children wait until it is completely cool, and my husband likes it lightly cooled with vanilla ice cream. I use different fruit in this dish: forest fruit, strawberries, rhubarb, apples, apricots and plums. Additionally, I like to change the crumble topping. Sometimes I add shredded coconut, vanilla essence and rolled oats. Today I would like to share with you the recipe for peaches and raspberries under a chocolate crumble topping. Immodestly I can tell you the dessert was excellent. As usual my kids said - yummy for my tummy. Śmiech

Ingredients:
8 peaches
200g of raspberries
100g of butter
140g of flour
100g of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of cocoa
100g of chocolate drops

We love broad beans. After cooking I have to divide them into 4 perfectly equal groups, or there will be a great scene over the bowl: "Mum, he ate more!", "Dad, don't take three at once!" Mrugnięcie My love is so big that it's rare I don't eat everything at once. But sometimes (for example this time) using all my willpower I managed to peel some of them and prepare a delicious dish with this green delicacy. Today I present a quick and incredibly delicious spicy salad with broad beans and tomatoes. If you can resist, leave it till it has cooled down in the fridge for at least an hour. It is best when the flavours are mixed up.

Ingredients (for 2 people)
300g of broad beans
200g of cherry tomatoes
half a red onion
1 clove of garlic
chili pepper
3 tablespoons of chopped basil
2 big capers
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of maple syrup
lemon
salt and pepper
