Lately we have been adding lots of noodles and pasta to our dishes. We all like it, so the range of lunch options is huge. Today I have a variation of Polish gnocchi. In Italy I ate them many times with delicious homemade tomato sauce. And basil, a bit of olive oil and Italian sun... I can't wait for another holiday. Round, delicate noodles, sometimes with channels in which the sauce stays; they look amazing and taste even better. Only common sense stops us from having another helping. And you? Could you resist this dish? For sure I will prepare it again soon. I will tell you in secret that if you don't have time to prepare your own gnocchi, use ready made ones. They are really good.


Ingredients
gnocchi
1 kg of potatoes
130g of flour
1 egg
salt
sauce
1 clove of garlic
1 small shallot
100g of smoked bacon
200ml of 30% sweet cream
a pinch of saffron
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons of chopped chives

My family went for a weekend trip to the mountains. I stayed at home, resting and spoiling myself. It was just the way to stay positive as a mum. As a way of spoiling myself I prepared a summer dessert: strawberry tiramisu. It was really delicious and I know that I will prepare it again for the whole family. I prepared an adult version. I soaked some ladyfingers in lemon juice and mixed them up with rum. You can use strawberry liqueur. Unfortunately, I finished the old one from last year and the new one isn't ready yet. However, surprisingly the rum was perfect for strawberries. If you prepare this dessert for kids, just skip the alcohol. Strawberry juice will be enough.


Ingredients:
150ml of 30% sweet cream
150g of mascarpone
1 teaspoon of caster sugar
300g of strawberries
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
4 tablespoons of brown rum
100g of sponges
1 tablespoons of cocoa

It has gotten warmer recently and I feel that the holiday season is coming. We know that after spring comes summer, holidays and sweet laziness, all of which meant I was too lazy to cook. I decided to make a one-pot meal, a rich and yummy soup which I can recommend as an excellent and quick holiday dish. 250g of white sausages (not raw)
250g of sausages
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
a piece of chili pepper
400g of white or red beans (from a tin or cooked)
200g of sweetcorn
500ml of passata
250ml of bouillon
1 tablespoon of oil
2 bay leaves
2 sprigs of rosemary
2 sprigs of thyme
1 teaspoon of oregano
1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
salt and pepper

Recently my family has had a hankering for homemade chocolate cream. I make it with dates, hazelnuts and cocoa. It doesn't have any sugar or unwanted ingredients and it is sweet, healthy and extremely tasty. This cream is so yummy that we like eating it straight out of the jar. Today I prepared an almost vegetarian chocolate-peanut-blackberry dessert. "Almost" because I used non-vegetarian white chocolate. Ingredients (for 4 people)
cocoa layer
1 big avocado
2 bananas
2 tablespoons of cocoa
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
Blend all of the ingredients to make a smooth cream. Put it into some glasses.

50g of white chocolate
3-4 tablespoons of peanut butter
50ml of 30% sweet cream

In my home only my dog likes kohlrabi more than me. But he is an awful partner for eating. He is like a black hole. He eats everything up and asks for more. So if we eat kohlrabi, he eats his vegetable and I eat mine, and for a moment all you can hear is a satisfied crunch. Today I would like to share with you the recipe for yummy creamy soup with kohlrabi, which I serve with colourful pasta. This soup was excellent.
