I stopped buying instant budino, kissel and tomato sauce after I prepared them by myself for the first time. Instant products are faster and they are useful when travelling or when we don't have a fully equipped kitchen. Instant budino has a limited range of flavours. For example, there isn't coconut-lemon flavour, which I needed today. So I would like to share with you the recipe for homemade coconut-lemon budino. It has a delicate taste, but is very yummy and even easier to make. Seasonal fruit is an excellent addition to this dessert. I recommend it!

Ingredients:
budino
350ml of coconut milk
100ml of almond milk
50g of white chocolate
1 tablespoon of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of potato flour
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of lemon peel
coconut crumble topping
4 tablespoons of desiccated coconut
1 big tablespoon of butter
2 teaspoons of sugar

When we go on holiday, the preparation of afternoon teas and desserts is replaced by ice cream, waffles and cafes. When we come back, the appetite for home baked goodies is huge, so this time, after we came home from some coastal fun I prepared buns with blackberries. They look just like classic blueberry buns, but the taste of buns with blackberries is unique. If yours aren't as sweet as you want them to be, just add half a niblet of white chocolate. I assure you that the result will be great. I recommend it!

Ingredients (10 buns)
dough
250g of flour
7g of dry yeast
1 egg
75g of sugar
125ml of milk
40g of butter
a pinch of salt
filling
200ml of blackberry
1 teaspoon of corn flour
2 teaspoons of caster sugar

Before you make yogurt-coconut cake with raspberries, you should know that it is really dangerous baking. You can't go near it because the smell, look and taste are so delicious that it is hard to resist. You just have to eat at least one small slice. After one it appears that it is not enough, so you take another one and another one and... suddenly we see the end of the baking tray. If you don't have enough willpower, you'd better not go near it, because you will probably have to prepare another. My husband remarked, with his mouth full of tastiness, that it is a "cake at your own risk". Crunchy coconut shell, sweet and sour fruit, soft and moist cake; in a few words: "heaven in your mouth".

Ingredients:
dough
200g of raspberries
150g of flour
75g of brown sugar
1 egg
150g of natural yoghurt
60g of butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 tablespoon of coconut shreds
crumble topping
8 tablespoons of coconut shreds
3 tablespoons of butter
3 tablespoons of brown sugar

When I was a child, the most often served dessert or afternoon tea was kissel with thickly grated apples. Back then I didn't like it, but today it came back to me it and I wanted to check if my not liking it was just the result of a childish conceit. It turned out that kissel was perfect and my children said that they don't understand my animosity. Well, maybe my taste changed? I am glad that my children liked apple kissel, because it was an easy and delicious dessert.

Ingredients:
500ml of apple juice
3 teaspoons of potato flour
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
1 big apple
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
fruit for decoration

Crumble pie is one of my favourite desserts. I usually make a couple of small dishes because each of us likes to eat this dessert in their own way. I like it hot like lava with cold yoghurt. My children wait until it is completely cool, and my husband likes it lightly cooled with vanilla ice cream. I use different fruit in this dish: forest fruit, strawberries, rhubarb, apples, apricots and plums. Additionally, I like to change the crumble topping. Sometimes I add shredded coconut, vanilla essence and rolled oats. Today I would like to share with you the recipe for peaches and raspberries under a chocolate crumble topping. Immodestly I can tell you the dessert was excellent. As usual my kids said - yummy for my tummy. Śmiech

Ingredients:
8 peaches
200g of raspberries
100g of butter
140g of flour
100g of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of cocoa
100g of chocolate drops
